Title: Operations Director

Department(s): Aaxis China

Reports to: General Manager of Aaxis China
Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for all operational aspects of the offshore office. This wide range of responsibilities includes the day-to-day operational activities to direct the software development effort in Chengdu. He or she will also develop additional programs, procedures, and methods in concert with the general policies of Aaxis Group to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the offshore operations.
Essential Job Functions
Implement and direct the administration and execution of general policies established by Aaxis Group
Establish and manage a complete Project Management Office which monitors status, enforces company standards, and provides guidance on all active projects
Provide executive team with project status and recommendations on overcoming and circumventing project challenges
Maintain skills inventory and constantly adjust the staff matrix to address current and future project needs

Title: Project Manager

Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee and actively participate in planning, monitoring, and controlling of offshore development projects. He or she will be responsible for co-ordination and successful completion of the project. To this end, the Project Manager will perform a variety of tasks: recommends and set project milestones, delegating tasks, and monitoring project progress, and management resources assigned to the project. The Project Manager may be assigned to more than one project at a time.
Essential Job Functions
Understands the Rational Unified Process in terms of process, deliverables, standards, and ensures that all project team members adhere to the methodology
Create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets or other appropriate tools such as Microsoft Project, to manage people and interdependent project tasks
Review detailed project plan from USA project team and provide quality feedback to refine and finalize project plan
Leverage personal technical experience in software development lifecycle to manage task assignment and appropriation of work effort
Work with the team members or with their team leaders to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks

Title: J2EE Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of a software development project. He or she will be required to mentor new Developers on J2EE technologies and development best practices. The Technical Lead works with all Developers to ensure the optimum technical solution is utilized in the development of new and existing applications. He or she also reviews and contributes to design, deliverables, enforces coding and design standards, and provides technical support for the team. This individual should have extensive J2EE, Web, Web services, and Java experience, as well as a working knowledge of UNIX (Linux) and Windows operating systems.

This individual will coordinate and communicate with USA and Aaxis China Project Managers and Technical Architects. He or she must also be able to build and manage these relationships to establish a high level of confidence and trust in their leadership and decisions. This person must be a self-starter and require minimal supervision. He or she must be able to lead multiple efforts at the same time and balance competing priorities.

Title: Oracle Technical Lead

Job Summary
Quality Assurance Lead (QA Lead) will define, enforce, and improve QA practices and test execution. The QA Lead will use processes and methods that incorporate industry standards and any methodologies adopted by the Company. He or she will actively collaborate with members of project management, development, and consulting teams to ensure effective testing and final acceptance of the software deliverables by the client. The QA lead will at times manage and lead QA efforts across multiple projects.

Manage end-to-end test process for development projects
Establish project test plan for the effective quality control and client acceptance of all software application deliverables

The Informatica ETL Developer will create workflows according to specifications, perform unit testing, assist with testing and assist in the validation of results using test data.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of RDBMS, especially Oracle, ODBC, XML, flat file formats, and scheduled execution
Create new Informatica repositories from scratch or build it from a repository export.
Automate Informatica tasks for completion of repetitive tasks.

呵呵,
在这里我只谈谈我个人的感觉哈,只是有过接触而已。还没有在里面共过事。

在与他们接触中,感觉Duc这个人不错,技术出身,在美国那边是从高级架构师做出来的(他本人说的)。
所做项目不像其它的外包公司,Aaxis的中国团队和美国团队是一起做事,基本上没有明确的工作等级区别。
他们不对外招聘架构师,一切从公司内部选拔。
当我和他们谈到合适的人才难招这一话题的时候,他们是采取的自己培训这样的方式,也就是说Aaxis没有期望能一开始招的都是大牛,但期望招进来的一定要是可塑性强、做事认真负责的。

对于在成都的员工人数问题上,他们透露的是今年内发展到100人,明年到后年发展到300的规模(我个人对此表示担忧)。

在福利待遇上,新成立的公司,成都也是Aaxis来中国的第一站,还不算很好,基本上和其它公司差不多。据说会增加一些额外的福利,具体我也不清楚(权当忽悠)。

目前成都这边还没有老总,哪位牛人大可以去偿试一下。感觉他们在招人上要相对谨慎一些,新公司成立这么久了,老总一直还没有招到。也可能是待遇不具吸引人吧,呵呵。

在薪水上,和其它同类外企差不多,所以和SAP,NOKIA之类是没办法比的。

总的来说,新的公司,会累一些,但机会也多。不论是技术上还是管理上。
看各人所追求的目标啦。

PS:里面有一个TL,外形很艺术,我已经好多年没有见到过这么好玩的形象了,或许哪天你去面试时,面试你第一轮的可能就是他。嘿嘿。

一个才开的小公司,人很少。老是想招多牛的人,然后开多底的工资,结果来了一批牛人,没一个留下。总结:
待遇底:按他们的要求,可以再其他公司拿更高的工资,所以一直招不到什么人。
福利无:这里什么福利都没有,无年终,无项目奖金,无交通补助,无午餐费,过节礼品也没有,生病第一天一半工资,第二天起一分没有,请假当天无工资。
培训:不要看了,牛人都走完了,学不到什么,英语更别提了,都是中国人,不要相信有什么英语环境。
公司气氛:严重畸形,员工没有任何自己的发言权,老头实行独裁专制,任何提意见的人都是眼中钉,都要被开除,现在第一批来的人都快被挤兑走完了,从总经理一直到leader,到一般员工,所以anya那个贱女人有机会过来当总经理了。

anya叫所有的员工签一份协议,签了之后,公司将不给任何福利,除了国家规定5保险一金,以后生病出事故一概跟公司无关,地震期间还一天都不放,更可恶的是,还叫另签一份协议,写的是如何避震,意思是公司告诉你地震的相关知识,出了事不管公司的事。这个贱人可真是为公司着想。难怪能被挖过来当总经理。有奸情还不够,还要靠够狠,老外就喜欢拿中国人制中国人。

刚开始公司多民主,大家都很有热情。后来员工给公司提意见,涉及公司发展,管理,福利,很多问题。结果就是因为福利触动公司利益,对这批人,anya带着人一个一个来跟你谈话,就像审犯人,问你有意见吗。对不听话,全部打压,已经成功换血大半。这个也是公司期望的,要你自动走人,不然就挤兑你。

aaxis是外企里面比较独特的一个,完全无视中国员工的意见,并且公司管理层所做的事情相当的龌龊,总是背地里算计员工,而且hr anya帮助美国老头art欺负中国员工,压榨中国员工,这种行为,是可忍孰不可忍。希望大家通过周围的朋友了解一下这个公司,千万不要上当受骗,来到这个公司工作,那样,你真的会后悔一辈子的。

是谁打破了20几个人的梦想? 当我们满怀信心的为公司奉献,试图理解公司暂时的困难,自己鼓励自己所有的困难都是暂时的.当我们试图遵照公司所谓的企业文化提出我们的意见和建议,我们唯一可以得到的就是鄙视和镇压. 老头坚持中国人多,谁有意见就"开除"谁-强迫谁主动辞职. anya liao (廖忠敏)和老头狼狈为奸,看谁不顺眼也鼓动谁主动辞职(因为公司开除员工需要支付一个月的工资给员工).平时给老头灌输了不少中国人多,开除一个再找一个完全没有困难的理念,完全对员工的利益不负责任.用一些冠冕堂皇的言论来麻痹大家. 现在当上了公司的总经理之后更是使出了浑身解数来稳固自己的位置 - 给老头打提意见的人的小报告,尽量逼这些人辞职,给所有人的平时表现都打不合格或者刚刚合格,好把这些人全部换掉,她好重新找一批不知情的人来乖乖的听命于她. 最坏的人就是她了,一个中国人,天天想法侵害自己的同胞,为了自己的高帽子什么事都干的出来. 准备在这里找工作的人还是三思呀,不要当下一个牺牲品!

组织工会公司不允许,提个意见会立即被镇压,并且以3次逐个单独审讯收场.集体辞职不太现实,因为有些员工的生活会得不到保障,最好是马上可以找到新工作,然后大家全部离开.公司有老头和姓廖的贱女人在,最好还是早点垮掉,免得害更多的人!

看到这些,很为那边的兄弟姐妹们难过。
安科思虽然是外企,工资水平也比国内it企业要高,但明显没有自己国家的公司有人性。
想想我离开前家公司的时候,部门经理、总经理、董事长轮番恳请我留下。真的是下了很大的决心才离开的,那种环境就算待遇不高,你也愿意留下。
可是安科思,太让我意外了,竟然打击报复有那些站出来为大家说话的人,民主的usa就是这样的吗?
这样的公司能活多久?应该在前台墙壁上写下:“我们离破产还有1个星期!”(注:微软是18个月)
